Terms of Service

Freight Nexus is a marketplace that connects businesses needing freight transported ("clients") with transport companies and operators who can carry it ("transporters"). Freight Nexus itself does not own trucks, employ drivers, or transport goods — we provide the platform that connects the two sides, tracks compliance, and supports the job from quote to delivery.

• You must provide accurate information when registering, and keep it up to date.
• You're responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
• Before you can post a load or submit a quote, your company must be verified by a Freight Nexus administrator. Verification may require supporting documents (registration, insurance, licences, and similar).
• You're responsible for the accuracy and validity of any compliance document you upload, and for keeping it current.

• Clients post freight requests describing the load, route, and requirements.
• Transporters submit quotes against open requests. A client accepting a quote forms a job between that client and that transporter.
• Both parties are expected to honour an accepted quote in good faith. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in account suspension.
• Pricing, cargo descriptions, and any other details submitted to the platform must be accurate.

Freight Nexus does not process or hold payments. Once a job is delivered, a transporter may generate an invoice through the platform showing the agreed price plus applicable VAT. Payment itself — the transfer of money — is arranged directly between the client and transporter, outside of Freight Nexus. We are not a party to that payment and are not liable for non-payment or payment disputes between users.

Freight Nexus facilitates connections between clients and transporters; we are not a transport operator and do not take possession of, or responsibility for, any goods being moved. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freight Nexus is not liable for loss, damage, delay, or any dispute arising from the transport itself — that liability sits with the transporter performing the job, and the client engaging them, under whatever agreement they reach.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we're not liable for losses arising from downtime, errors, or data loss.

You agree not to:

• Provide false information, including fraudulent compliance documents.
• Use the platform to arrange transport of illegal goods.
• Attempt to circumvent the verification process.
• Interfere with the platform's normal operation or attempt to access data that isn't yours.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, provides fraudulent information, or repeatedly fails to honour accepted jobs. You may stop using Freight Nexus and request account deletion at any time.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of Freight Nexus after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia.
